Monthly or annual memberships give you 24/7 access, allowing you to work as much as you need, whenever you need.
Monthly Membership – $250
Annual Membership – $1,400
Enjoy a community work feeling by using a desk of your choice on a regular basis – or even just once in a while. Co-working includes use of a desk and chair during business hours, in addition to access to the common areas and amenities, free WiFi and parking.
Daily Co-working – $30/day
Weekly Co-working (any four days in a month) – $60/month
Team Day (up to five people for one day) – $80/day
Our spacious office suites accommodate companies with one to five employees and provide a dynamic work environment for your team. Office suites are available on short and long-term leases. In addition to 24/7 access to the facility, use of all common spaces and free Wi-Fi, office suite companies also

- Invitations to events, workshops and seminars

The MEV Innovation Centre offers two great meeting spaces to host your next meeting, workshop or event. In addition to of set-up of tables and chairs for your meeting space, you will have access to the kitchen, a presentation TV and a whiteboard.
The Mattamy and Greenlife boardrooms are perfect for larger staff meetings and can accommodate up to 20 people.
Looking for something a little larger to host a company or client workshop? Our workshop rooms can be set up in a variety of arrangements for between 20 and 50 people.
If you’re looking for a more intimate space to host your client meeting, you can use our atrium or available private offices.
Boardrooms – $40/hour or $200/day
Workshop Rooms – $90/hour or $600/day
Business Meeting – $20/hour
