Leadership Lessons from Sports

April 29 @ 7:30 am - 1:30 pm

Sport and Business Share Common Ground when it comes to Performance.

It’s not uncommon for businesses to use sports metaphors such as “down for the count,” “the ball’s in their court,” or “full court press”. Many parallels also exist between sports and business when it comes to success. Join us for a powerful morning event to learn valuable leadership techniques and strategies that help turn you into a Corporate Athlete.

You will learn these from Dr. Nicole Forrester, a former Olympian, 8-Time Canadian Champion, Commonwealth Games medalist and a Pan American Games medalist, from a Leadership Professor from Wilfrid Laurier University, and from key industry leaders from large local employers.

Can You Lead Business Teams to Achieve Goals? Learn how.

Professionally rewarding, enlightening and refreshing: Hear leadership techniques and experiences from other industries including the sports industry, where success is binary.
